If, at any point, you display signs of intoxication or engage in behavior that is not in line with Heritage Lounge’s house policy, our staff reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol, and you may be asked to leave. Please note that no refunds will be provided for patrons who have been denied service, exhibit signs of intoxication, or engage in disruptive behavior.
Capacity Limit: Heritage Lounge operates under a small bar license and has a specified capacity limit. In the event that we have reached our maximum capacity, we will either offer you a refund for your purchase or reschedule your visit to another day. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our patrons.
